In food defrosting processes, grids of ideal height must be placed that adapt to the dimensions of the bottom of the container and that separate the exudate from the food itself since this exudate contains moisture and nutrients that favor the appearance of bacteria that deteriorate the food. To avoid cross-contamination of the exudate that is released during defrosting, the use of grids through which the liquid is separated from the food itself is recommended. It is recommended to avoid defrosting without original packaging and placing the food in buckets to promote faster defrosting.
