MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased through the internet, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the date of delivery of the product, to notify the return or withdrawal. In this case, the shipping and collection costs of the products or machinery will be borne by the customer when the collection and delivery is not within the Iberian Peninsula.

Once the communication of return or withdrawal of the merchandise has been made, within the period stipulated in the previous paragraph, a new period of 14 days is available to return the product.

In order to accept the return, both the product and its original packaging must be in perfect condition, unused, without scratches, broken or deteriorated packaging, as well as including all the documentation that accompanies the product and its accessories. The customer must carry out a correct packaging to ensure a transport without damage. Once received and verified that the product is in the original format in which it was sent, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.

Consequences of withdrawal

Our products, as long as they are used under normal conditions or installed according to the standards in force and the particular specifications of each manufacturer are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of your invoice in material. The warranty does not cover glass, light bulbs, moving parts or resistors except in case of breakdown in transport.

In case of needing Assistance and Technical Service, ALIUMPRO will be in charge of making the corresponding mediation procedures to provide customer service and inform of the particular guarantee in each corresponding case.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

For shipments to Peninsula: Order WITHOUT shipping costs from € 50 including VAT. For lower orders, or in a destination other than the peninsula, shipping costs of 12 euros will be charged.

The transport includes a single delivery, in case it can not be made, any additional expense derived from it, will be borne by the buyer.

CONDITIONS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

The payment of the orders is in cash, at the time of making them. Payments will be made by credit card, being carried out exclusively through our payment gateway at the end of the transaction.
