The cooking vacuum bags or multilayer bags, allow cooking food steamed or baked up to 121ª, being very useful for kitchens of hotels, bars and restaurants.
Its composition favors the cooking of food at high temperatures.
The technical characteristics of cooking vacuum bags do not allow sterilization. However, it is suitable for pasteurization at 80ºC for a maximum of 30 minutes; maintenance at room temperature or freezing up to -15ºC up to a maximum of 6 months and as its name indicates, for cooking in traditional system (110ºC maximum 1 hour) and in microwave (60 seconds at 900W).
