You will receive a response within 48 business hours at most.
Returns are free for mainland Spain.
If you have requested your shipment to the Balearic Islands or another country, the shipping and delivery methods for the return will be at your expense.
Once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities and is inspected. If it is in perfect condition, your order will be fully refunded (or the corresponding part that you have returned). If you have paid shipping in the entrega The shipping amount will be refunded to you.
