Once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities and is inspected. If it is in perfect condition, your order will be fully refunded (or the corresponding part that you have returned). If you have paid shipping in the entrega The shipping amount will be refunded to you. In case you have received your order with defects, breaks, missing or mistakes, you must send us an email to info@aliumpro.es informing us, at most, within 24 hours of the delivery of your order and sending us images of the breakage or defect, as well as the packaging and its labels. In case of faults, report the faults. We will respond to you within a maximum of 48 business hours.
