The STAUB brand's round wok is extraordinarily versatile. A variety of delicious oriental recipes such as fried noodles can be used to sauté, fry, steam or simmer. Cast iron woks are an excellent conductor of heat, which is distributed over the entire surface of the container. In addition, heat retention helps to cook easily with a stable temperature. The matte black enameled interior improves the ability to simmer, is hard and scratch-resistant. Unlike other materials, the surface of cast iron improves with time and use. This wok is part of the series STAUB Specialties, measures 30 cm in diameter and has a capacity of 4.4 l. It is suitable for all kinds of heat sources. It is complemented by a glass lid.
