Information provided regarding delivery dates are estimates. We always try to speed up delivery times, but it is not always possible. Sometimes unavoidable delays occur.

You can decide if you want to keep the order, modify it, or request cancellation and refund.

Returns, cancellations and refunds:

You can cancel and request a refund of your order at any time if it has not been delivered.
Once delivered, this is the process:
Returns are allowed, regardless of the cause (it may simply be that you receive it and no longer want your order) within 14 days of receipt.
To request a return, you just have to enter the order history and press “return”. Or write us an email to info@aliumpro.es.
You will receive a response within 48 business hours at most.
Returns are free for mainland Spain.
If you have requested your shipment to the Balearic Islands or another country, the shipping and delivery methods for the return will be at your expense.
Once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities and is inspected. If it is in perfect condition, your order will be fully refunded (or the corresponding part that you have returned). If you have paid shipping in the entrega The shipping amount will be refunded to you. Do not confuse this with the fact that, if you have requested delivery in the Balearic Islands or abroad, you have to take care of the return shipping. In case you have received your order with defects, breaks, missing or mistakes, you must send us an email to info@aliumpro.es informing us, at most, within 24 hours of the delivery of your order and sending us images of the breakage or defect, as well as the packaging and its labels. In case of faults, report the faults. We will respond to you within a maximum of 48 business hours.
