Information provided regarding delivery dates are estimates. We always try to speed up delivery times, but it is not always possible. Sometimes unavoidable delays occur.
If there is a delay, we will inform you via email as soon as we are aware of it.
You can decide if you want to keep the order, modify it, or request cancellation and refund.
You will be able to track the status of your order at all times through your customer account.
This is the general course of orders:
Your order, once processed, will enter “preparation in process”. It will remain this way until it is shipped. It will change to “sent status”. Typically, the sent status lasts between 1 and 5 days maximum (transit time will depend on the delivery location).

Returns, cancellations and refunds:

You can cancel and request a refund of your order at any time if it has not been delivered.
Once delivered, this is the process:
Returns are allowed, regardless of the cause (it may simply be that you receive it and no longer want your order) within 14 days of receipt.
To request a return, you just have to enter the order history and press “return”. Or write us an email toinfo@aliumpro.es.
You will receive a response within 48 business hours at most.
Returns are free for mainland Spain.
If you have requested your shipment to the Balearic Islands or another country, the shipping and delivery methods for the return will be at your expense.
Once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities and is inspected. If it is in perfect condition, your order will be fully refunded (or the corresponding part that you have returned). If you have paid shipping in theentrega The shipping amount will be refunded to you.
