    Returns are free for mainland Spain.
    If you have requested your shipment to the Balearic Islands or another country, the shipping and delivery methods for the return will be at your expense.
    Once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities and is inspected. If it is in perfect condition, your order will be fully refunded (or the corresponding part that you have returned). If you have paid shipping in theentrega The shipping amount will be refunded to you. Do not confuse this with the fact that, if you have requested delivery in the Balearic Islands or abroad, you have to take care of the return shipping. In case you have received your order with defects, breaks, missing or mistakes, you must send us an email to info@aliumpro.es informing us, at most, within 24 hours of the delivery of your order and sending us images of the breakage or defect, as well as the packaging and its labels. In case of faults, report the faults. We will respond to you within a maximum of 48 business hours.
