    Returns are free for mainland Spain.
    If you have requested your shipment to the Balearic Islands or another country, the shipping and delivery methods for the return will be at your expense.
    Once the merchandise has arrived at our facilities and is inspected. If it is in perfect condition, your order will be fully refunded (or the corresponding part that you have returned). If you have paid shipping in theentrega The shipping amount will be refunded to you. Do not confuse this with the fact that, if you have requested delivery in the Balearic Islands or abroad, you have to take care of the return shipping.
